Made using high-tech fishing products, so it hangs and twists perfectly: heavy fishing line and barrel swivels with interlocking snaps.

Hanging directions: unhook one of the snaps to get one long line with a snap on each end. You hang the line over a tree branch and then allow the line to slide through one of the interlocking snaps. Hook that hanging end on your twirler or twinkler. This hanging process allows your item to twist and turn freely. Treasure the sparkles!
